Subject to completing the steps below and complying with these terms and conditions, U.S. end‐user customers who purchase qualifying Milwaukee Tool Product(s) through an authorized Milwaukee Tool dealer during the stated “Promotion Period” and submit claims on or before the dictated submission deadline, are eligible to receive qualifying free goods. Limit five (5) rebates on an individual promotion per customer and per mailing address. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Free good will only be shipped to a valid US address provided by the customer.  Resale of any product or free good under this offer is prohibited.  We reserve the right to deny any claim to a free good to any customer found to be reselling any product or free good received under this offer. We also reserve the right to deny any rebate claim or claim to a free good for any customer that has or is suspected to have previously submitted a fraudulent claim for a rebate or violated any of these terms and conditions.

-Select the applicable rebate from the drop down menu. Next, fill in the personal information, distributor information, and attach a copy of the sales invoice.

Only purchases from participating distributors made by U.S. end‐user customers with a valid U.S. mailing address are eligible. Milwaukee Tool dealers, distributors and retailers are not eligible. Products that have been returned are not eligible. Once a rebate has been claimed for a product, the product may not be returned.

All rebate claims are subject to Milwaukee Tool’s final review and approval. Used, remanufactured and demonstration products are not eligible.

Promotional offers themselves and promotional items (both qualifying purchases and free goods) are while supplies last. Offer is subject to change without notice.

If a rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by Milwaukee Tool, this offer may not be combined with any other rebate, offer or promotion. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

All rebate submissions must include the following: purchaser name, address, phone number and email address; product serial number; and legible scanned or photographed copy in PDF or JPEG form of eligible product invoice. Invoice must show purchase date within the Promotion Period, indicate product(s) purchased, purchase price, dealer name and dealer address. Multiple purchases and/or invoices may not be combined for any rebates, including, but not limited to, rebates with a minimum purchase requirement. Invoice will be used to verify proof of purchase. Invoices that appear to be modified or are illegible or missing any of the required information will not be accepted. Milwaukee Tool reserves the right to verify any and all information on submitted invoices. Milwaukee Tool shall make all determinations regarding validity of invoices and compliance with the terms and conditions of this offer. If terms and conditions are not met, a rebate will not be issued. Milwaukee Tool reserves the right to request additional information and documentation to verify rebate claims and purchases.
